breaking ground in Canada

ZERO's first North American project is in Canada: Future FarmCo, a joint venture between ZERO and a group of Canadian investors, has signed the preliminary contract for the purchase of a property owned by the Cronos group: born as a production facility of pharmaceutical Cannabis, the real estate complex of over 30,000 m2, 1 hour's drive from Toronto, will be converted with ZERO technology into an integrated platform for a diversfied production, research and development. In the coming months the executive project for the industrial conversion will be finalized and an in-depth market study will be conducted aimed at identifying commercial partners. In addition to the conversion of existing spaces, the plot of land on which the property stands can count on approximately 90 acres (45 hectares) of space available for future expansions of production capacity as well as renewable energy supplied at advantageous rates and produced by the regional network of hydroelectric power plants. An ideal production site not only to cover the needs of the domestic Canadian market but also ideal for reaching the large American cities of North East America.
